This is what happens when Brand new BMW's come down to its Certified/Used stage and brings out the ghetto scammers from New York City. I would never buy anything from any seller that lives in NYC except for John@Motorcepts.

ouch, quite the blanket statement....if others agreed with such sentiments i would be screwed, given that i live, am from, do business in Detroit (a city who's perception is very rough)....but all my sales/dealings are 100% on the up & up

Please don't use blanket statements like that. That's just one bad apple and does not necessarily represent every member located in NYC. I, for one, have met many other local sellers/members in NYC and never got scammed by anyone. I feel bad for OP, and sometimes you need to be careful and understand what you're getting into before parting with your hard earned money. Scammers are everywhere, not just in one particular place.
