Hi Guys,
Im selling my 530I... this is a lease with a great monthly payment. Dont want to let this go, but Life happens. Most of you guys already have an E60, but I just wanted to pass the deal on to people that educated about the car and know someone else thats been waiting around for a deal. This car is MINT CONDITION! nothing wrong. Cleaner than what the dealer can give you.

THE NUMBERS:
Purchased for 53,906.46
Down payment 3,000.00
Miles Per year 12,000

Monthly payment 556.97 + tax = $602.92
Purchase date was 12/28/2006
current milage about 5100
CARE/MATINENCE:
I've washed the car every weekend since I got it except when it rains (nothing I can do about that). I'm a detail head, so I only use the good stuff. My products of choice is Menzerna. Did a full detail in mid March, Clayed the whole car with Mother's clay, Menzerna final polish II with a PorterCable 7424 then finished up with Menzerna FMJ (Full Molecular Jacket). It came out awesome! There are about 4 coats of Menzerna FMJ, applied by hand once every 2 weeks since the polish. Only Micro fiber Cloths touch the car. The ones I use are from Costco, they work very well. Everyone that sits in the car still says the new leather smell is there, but I think I'm use to it.
ASKING:
Take over lease payment for the rest of the lease, 30 months. There are about 29900 miles left on the lease so about 1000/month. Which is what I originaly signed up for. I think there is a fee with this transfer, buyer will be responsible for that
OR
$49,816.02 buy out... I will gain nothing from this except clearing it from my credit report. Dealers are selling used 530i for $53,000+ with 10,000 miles!
Deal is pretty firm nothing more I can give, car is in Arcadia, CA. Give me me a holler.
