I have no idea but I checked on realoem and the part number is the same when I chose a production date in 2006, 2008 and 2009 so I think they're all the same.

I don't think so. It looks exactly like mine on my '06 and mine's not heated. That makes me wonder why the part number's the same for all model year steering wheel on realoem.com.
