Lol, I wouldnt say he is my friend eventho I stated that before, just a local I met. Guy drops them when taking them out and then after tells me that one lights worked on and off. I would have got shit if I sold these to you anyways so it was good you didnt get them. I am sure someone will be selling. I will keep a heads up for ya.
