Illuminated M5 Paddle Shifters

I have a set of illuminated paddles off of a M5. They have a nice click to them when pulled and are in great condition except for a small chip on + shifter. You can see for yourself in the pics.

Since these go for about $600 a set, I'm looking for $200 for the set.

how hard is it to put in an 07 550? i know it was optional but didn't know what was involved
