He's asking for too much for those rims.
you can get a brand new set for 1500. And tires, General UHP for 500 dollars. And again, that's brand new.

Garry from Newport BMW can quote you 1500 for brand new rims. I believe its 25% off each rim. Go 2 parts and mods forum section and there's a sticky posted on the top with Garry's info. He does ship too, so you can ask how much shipping is.
As for tires. go 2 tirerack.com and use General UHP summer tires, I forgot the specs, but its meant to fit e60, (525, 530, 545, 550). Since the M5 original tires wont fit on these cars. For tire shipping cost, to keep at minimal, you can send it to stores that are connected with tirerack.com (local tire stores) so they can install the tires onto the rims and onto your car.
245/35/19 Front and 275/30/19 rear ( Correct me if I'm wrong)
Total of those tires is about 560 dollars.
So yea, just about 2k, most likely 2100 with taxes, shipping (pick up for my case with the rims as he is like 60 miles away).
Brand New.

Just saw a set the other day on ebay sell for $1030 with out tires, they were in perfect condition. You can definitely find a better deal.
This set is almost always on ebay - $1599 brand new.
