This sale pains me but I'd rather release this cash now.
I bought myself a pair of M5 mirrors and spent a lot of time experimenting with it but never actually installed them on my car. My wife now uses my car as well and that scares me (hope she never reads this post - I'll be selling my 172s as well soon!!).
Anyway they are not new, but as new as you can get because the guy who I bought it from had them on his company car only for 3 months and then he lost his job.
The mirror has absolutely every function you can get. I even made up cables to connect the entire mirror up to my 2006 car.
So what is included.
1. A pair of RHD Space Grey M5 mirrors with all available options (post Sep 06 - 3 wires). Auto fold, Auto dimming, Reverse dip, puddle lights etc.
2. A set of cables that you can use to power the puddle lights. You will need a few extra plugs to complete this - I can include the plugs if you want but the reason I didn't put them on was you need to route the wire to the door lights and then trim the wire to length before you put them on.
3. A set of EXTREMELY hard to find plugs that you can use to power the heated elements of the mirror.
4. A SAM 1.0 Folding module from Innoparts Germany (used in case you want to fold the mirrors without programming the car)
Items 2, 3, 4 are needed only if you don't intend to get the car reprogrammed by BMW. Nothing has ever been installed on my car and items 2,3,4 are brand new.
Looking for ?1000 for the lot. If you need photos, I'll post them later. These are the older (sleeker) shaped ones, not the new elephant ears.
N.B. : Important these are rare items because LHD mirrors cannot be used on RHD cars. Also I've been quote ?50 to respray them by MStyleUK.

I'm not a dealer, so no I don't. There are enough of DIYs on this forum to take you through that. I will provide email and telephone help if required.
But the bundle I'm offering will allow you to retrofit the mirrors to any year car that you may have.

These are RHD mirrors and so won't work for you guys in the US. I thought this would go in a flash. I am open to reasonable offers.
If it makes the deal better I will include a "Spal Icb2 Can Bus Interface" module as well in the asking price. That will allow you to open and close the mirrors with the lock/unlock functions. The interface also gives you access to a lot of other triggers in the car.

Bruce i would of bought them if you had posted about a week ago as i was fishin around for M5 Mirror's and then bought Rep's from BMStyling...I'll ask a few of my mates who aren't on these forum's if they are intrested and get back to you as majority of my mates are e60 owner's
