I have a Thule Rapid 750 Footpack for sale. It's the Euro Version. All you need is the rapid load bars, and the proper fit kit to make it work. Meant for cars w/o rails.
I'll post actual pictures later tonight, but for now, this is what the footpack looks like.

Price: $70 picked up in Bay Area, CA. I can ship for an extra $12.
I also have the fit kit for an e39 5 series. 97-03 sedan model. I'll sell the fit kit separately for $30 or with the foot pack for $80.

This is realllly random, but were you a member of v6performance.net before? That s2k looks really familiar, granted its been quite a long while since I've been on there..

I was! Back in the day. I was one of the OG members. LOL. I left that forum back in like 2005. Was on it from like 2001-2005.
