For Sale 18" OEM Style 124 wheels, mounted on 245/40 18 Goodyear run flats(non Staggered). TPMS sensors are included. Took off 2010 535xi after approximately 700 miles. Wheels are in great shape, no curb rash. Tires have approximately 700 miles on them. $1200 plus shipping Great for XI models

Yes, they are OEM. FOr 2010 they are not staggered. I can email the brochure which shows wheels are non staggered.

However, I seem to recall that a staggered package was available then as is now for the '11's but as an "accessory".
For the OP ... It would be helpful for you to note if the G'year NCTs are all season or summer fitment. As I've indicated in another wheel / tire post - that info would be helpful for xi owners who can use all-seasons for their winter driving needs. Summer UHP Tires are NOT suitable for cold temps or snow/ice driving.
