My Ride: E60 M5, F85 X5M
I think they're about the same weight but maybe you can double check if you take of your R10s. The 20x9 VIP was 31.7lbs! I didn't get a chance to weight the rears.
As for fitment, the front on the M5s have a more aggressive offset due in part to the wider front fenders. I'm thinking the front wheels would stick out on your car. Check with Darwin.

Right now i'm still undecided about changing the wheels. So I need the experts to chime in their opinion.Oh btw, what are the weight of your HRE's wheels again?
