They almost identical match to the stock xenons. However at certain times or angles, they have a blueish hue to them. Not very noticeably unless you are looking for it.

No, I'm using stock yellow bulbs. Decided not to install them because rarely use fog lights. I saw these on my friends car and it was a complete match. I believe vegastrashed and alpinewhite have them on their cars as well.
