Default FS: OEM Style 172 Wheels w/Bridgestone Potenza Sport XL's (<1K miles) in NJ

I purchased this set of 19" OEM Style 172 wheels used from a forum member in CA last spring and put on a new set of Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport XL's from Tire Rack. Used them for <1,000 miles last summer before switching to my winter set and subsequently selling the 550i. Carefully stored in both bags and BMW tire totes all winter, just took them out and washed them today.

A few nicks and scratches on the wheels, no TPMS, I'd rate the set as a solid 9/10. Plenty of other high res pics available at https://plus.google.com/photos/10253...NHRwPf94u3N8AE

Tires are practically new and still have the nibs. Fronts are 245/35R-19's and the rears are 275/30R-19's, both are the factory recommended sizes for these wheels.

Available for pickup in NJ (~40 mins from Manhattan) or shipped at your expense (local pickup strongly preferred).

$1,900 takes the set - wheels, tires and center caps. The tires alone cost over $1,000 and a new set of 172's runs close to $2,000 someone is going to get a sharp set of wheels for summer cruising at a very good deal. Should fit any non-x drive E60 5 series.

Questions welcome. Carsly at carsly d0tcom

Price drop! first $1,800 takes them.

They would look much better on someone's 5er this summer than in my garage.

Thanks. I really liked them on my 550i, better handling than the stock rims and tires.

I'm keeping an eye on this thread. How was the handling on the Bridgestones?
I reviewed them on tirerack, and the reviews were mixed.

I liked them a lot. Not as soft as the Conti DWS I have on my X5 4.6is now but they provided more stable cornering as the sidewalls are stiffer. I've used Bridgestone Potenzas on all my performance cars and find they have the best mix of wet/dry handling and they are beasts in the rain. Tread hardens quite a bit in winter so I'd recommend a dedicated winter set but otherwise perfect for three seasons of driving - at least here in NJ/NYC where our winters are pretty cold.

Still available, if you want the TPMS as well i have a new set listed here as well so would consider a deal for a buyer wanting the wheels, tires, center caps and TPMS.

Do all the wheels have nicks, or is it a specific wheel(s)?

The high res pics I have posted at the link will give you ability to zoom pretty far in to see any nicks on the inside or face of each wheel. I tried to take close ups of one longer scratch and one chip I found. They are used and stock sized tires on these rims leave almost no overhang to protect the rims from curbage unfortunately.

That said, from standing next to the car and looking down I never noticed any of the scratches but cleaned them up and took the high res pics for full disclosure. You can always get them refinished but IMHO they look as good as any set would after a few months of actual road use.
