Hello,

I am on the verge to upgrading to dension so I no longer need these parts. I'm putting my OEM e60 ipod interface kit up for sale as well as an OEM e39 Aux input. These parts were purchased from my local bmw dealer the OEM e60 ipod kit, $328, OEM e39 aux input, $45. The aux was never installed onto my car, it is brand new. The aux is made for e39 however, there are couple of members who used the e39 aux for e60 with no problems.

1) OEM e60 Ipod Interface Kit: $220 shipped

2) OEM E39 Aux input: $35 shipped

Pictures will be up shortly. If you have any questions feel free to PM me.

how about Ipod interface? does it fit e60?

What is the difference in between this one and "dension"? I'm local so if all fits i might pick it up

Hey vlad_b

sorry forgot to mention the ipod interface is for e60. i believe this fits all e60s, but it does require the car to be programmed from the dealer.

The dension is more expensive, it cost roughly $450. It has more options usb, aux, ipod, as well as other expandable function such as bluetooth, video adapter, etc.. which are sold separately.

Let me know if your interested, I can drop this off for you

Is it for sure that the aux will work on an E60?

Interested if so..

I have a disease. Now I'm modding E60's that aren't even mine!

r9ndy,

Thank you. I checked and I looks like Dension is what I also need. This should be good for someone who just wants Ipod playback. Good luck with the sale!

I read a thread from a couple of members who installed this cable on their e60

here's one done by member singhss,

https://5series.net/forums/index.php?s=&amp...st&p=141850

here's the pdf for the install: 5_series_aux_input.pdf

Also forgot to mention that I already removed the board on the aux to improve sound quality. Here's the link for those who don't know what i'm talking about.

https://5series.net/forums/index.php?showto...x+sound+quality

Any more questions feel free to ask

Interested in the oem aux input ... how is the sound quality compared to a cd? Will it fit on a 06 530xi? Thanks.
