I was going to do this mod on my 2010 535i, but decided to sell the car. This includes all necessary components to upgrade your factory halogen license plate lights to factory LED plate lights. You will need coding to avoid bub-out errors on your iDrive and flickering LEDs from the computer trying to test the bulbs.
This is a much better solution to the aftermarket multi-array LED element offerings, which I've had bad luck with as have others. Doesn't matter if they are the $15 units from eBay and Amazon or the $50 set from Burger or Weisslicht. They are all the same Chinese made garbage that you will be lucky to have functioning 100% 6 months down the road.
