Alright, I have been putting off this question due to the fact I thought someone would have answered it by now. I have been looking at getting a set a these miro M6 replica rims, but not all rims fit xi models. WHY DO SOME RIMS FIT AN XI MODEL AND SOME DONT? I want to buy these but I would like that aggresive stance that the spacers provide. I drive an 07 530xi (sport). Im the type of guy who would buy rims and install them...drive off with all wheels rubbing. LOL

Oh! As for deleting threads due to having to inforce rules. The rules seem to be put in place due to certain instances and rather not private sellers looking to just get rid of something. in some cases
It really does suck that we have come to this. I have been a member longer than most people here but have not inputed my opinion as much as others. I do agree private sellers SHOULD post their prices. That said...delete the thread once I get an answer to my previous question.

I cant be arsed with stuff that doesnt have a price, I dont have time to spend my life sending PM's back and forth just to find out if im even interested.......just my 2c worth ![Smile](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/smile.gif)
Re: Why some rims do, and some rims dont fit the XI, its all down to the offset of the rim mate, most rims come in several different offsets to accomodate different cars, like already said, the XI offsets are only suitable for transfer to a 3 series or 3 series wheels suitable to fit on an XI etc.
E60 RWD wheels wont fit on an XI properly, and XI wheels wont fit on a RWD E60 without serious spacers, also as previously said.
Hope thats clear now.......
