don't they ban your system from xbox live when you mod it?

this system is stealth modded meaning you can go online with backup games without any problems. Trust me I've been doing it for a while. The only way you will get caught is if you go oonline with a game before it's released to the public since you can get them online before they come out.

I can vouch, they cannot ban you. I have been playing for last 8 months on modded 360. MS put a measure in place originally so the DVD firmware could not be accessed remotely to try to stop hackers. Well it backfired so there is no way for MS to detect the dvd firmware remotely. The flash allows burned games to be played as regular games.
