Actually, my buddy borrowed a set of 2008 oem M5 and mounted them on his 06 530i while his wheels were getting polished, and they fit perfect. No spacers required. He was running sport suspension too.

I could be interested in the tires only if some one wants to split them. Tires would need to be delivered to Carson CA. I would offer $700 for the tires.
