wow that is what the m5 gets? that is the ugliest idrive knob-have seen it in a few cars and thought it was the 04-05 style-the leather topped, brushed ruthenium/nickel look is so much nicer-but good call on getting rid of it

My Ride: 2008 550i SA M-Sport Package
+1, no way will I swap that for my 2004 leather topped knob. The only way that knob would work for me is if I had all alum trim. I works in an M5, but doesn't go well with wood.
