Like new, still in box. Model 33-2292 K&N lifetime air filter. Fits 6 cylinder '03 thru '08 5 series. Used on car only a couple of weeks - decided to buy intake system instead. Full retail price is $79.99. I will take $40 including shipping to 48 states.
