Dude, no body is hijacking your thread. Hijacking a thread is going off topic.
This is totally on topic.
And noone is paying you for that phone for $235 plus. When its brand new for $99. You can call ATT and get a 3gs for $199 with 16 GB of memory. If you are being offered $230 from someone, take it fast.
Just curious how someone would use that phone without paying for a monthly plan. And throw a $145 early termination fee in there? Huh. What $25 dollar service fee? Your economic comparison is wayy flawed.
Good luck though. Cough Rrriiippofff

Yes but for the minimum At&t plan its $74.99, plus you'd have to pay $35 activation fee, and then a $25 service fee. AND you can't cancel your plan and keep the handset until after 6mos of service. So let's add this up: $74.99*6=$449.94
$ 35.00
$ 25.00
$ 99.00
$ 145.00 early termination fee
= DON"T HIJACK MY THREAD IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BUY MY PHONE
$ 35.00

not necessareily... i just upgraded my iphone 3g to 3gs and waived activation fee... and no service fee...

I was the one who wanted to buy Anand's iphone for for $230. I think its worth more though, as I have T-Mobile. This is for sure a good buy for anyone that does not have AT&T and would like to jailbreak/unlock it for T-Mobile. On my local Craigslist it goes for much more. Anyhow, its sold now. Congrats on your sale Anand, and to the buyer, you got a good deal.
