For sale: European licence plate base, primed, for front M Tech bumper cover. Item is located in St Louis, Missouri, US. This item is new and it came with my M Tech aero kit. Never installed or painted. There are no screws, mounting template or instructions included. Single piece item only.

just a quick question for all the geneous out here, item number 12 and 13 on the diagram is missing from my mtech bumper, it happened when i took my car to the dealer for shedule maintnance, but it was too late when I notice, can somebody help me get this....
