Hello All,
I have a brand new, never installed full Maxton body kit for a non-M E60 for sale. Ask me how I know it only fits non-M cars? I have a M5 and the front bumper is not an exact fit so I need to sell the entire kit. This kit comes with front bumper, rear bumper, and left/right side skirts. Kit is made of very strong fiberglass with gel coat skin on the exterior. This kit retails for $2K with shipping (see the retail site for details http://tubano-shop.com/BMW-E60_c255.htm). I also have the mesh for the front and rear bumpers. My loss is your gain. I'm asking $1500 shipped, but I'd prefer local pick up.
In addition, I have an extra rear bumper that I ordered by accident as well. This bumper is over $700 shipped. I'm asking $500 shipped with mesh material, but again prefer local pick up. Please contact me if you're interested.
Also, I'll throw in these smoke LED tail lights that replace the reflectors for the buyer of the entire kit.

Most aftermarket kits are made of fiberglass or FRP (fiber reinforced plastic). It's is a little more stiff than ABS/urethane. However once installed, it holds up as well as any of the plastic materials. It only cracks if you wreck it just like ABS/urethane would permanently dent. The only real difference is that fiberglass can't be heated and stretched like plastics to make big fitment adjustments which is why I can't use the front bumper on my M5. The M5 front fenders are about 20mm wider than a regular E60. It fits perfectly with all other E60s though so no stretching required.
By the way I'm in Atlanta, GA.

I'd prefer to sell as a kit since no one will want just the side skirts and rear bumper. I admit that the front bumper is the most appealing part of the kit which is the only reason I bought it. I'll get back to you on just selling the front bumper.

I actually think the front and sides look really good.
As for the material made out of fiberglass, I think it's not that big of a deal unless it's just crappy build period. The reason is that if you do get in an accident with it, you probably want to have it replaced entirely anyway.
