Hey there,
I have a full retrofit kit to get a CIC in your E60. It includes CIC unit, pre-loaded maps from 2010, HD screen, controller, controller trim, center console trim, USB cables and all the connectors needed. I bought everything from Patryk, one of the best vendors on the forum. The kit comes with everything you need besides coding or a plug & play adapter, which you can get from Patryk or BimmerRetrofit.com.
I'm looking to get $1700 which is a steal and less than half of what I paid. I really need this gone and will listen to any reasonable offers.

damn, if $1,700 is less than half of what you originally paid, my sympathies are with you....OUCH!
GLWS! this can be a great mod if it fits within ur budget...plus there are a few people in the SoCal area who can install it in one day (cough)

I'm pretty sure he bought he's unit when there was only the OEM activation codes and not the PnP module. I paid over 4k to be the first one to do this.
