This item does pair & work with an iPhone 5 I didn't have any issues with it. I've installed a bluetooth TCU so don't need this anymore.
$100 shipped free via USPS Priority Mail anywhere in the USA. No refunds so make sure you have the correct Motorola BT V60 BTUM cradle in your car to use this with.
