MSRP on that car with those options (minus the $1200 processing fee) = $73,625, and I don't see the Anthracite headliner as a "typical" option for this car. What that special order?
Invoice is $67,525. If BMW has a NAV incentive for $1900 cash back like they did at the end of April, this dealer is making only $600 or so on the deal by keeping that money (assuming he sells it at the asking price).
If there are no incentives, I'm not sure why a dealer in CA would be willing to lose close to $1300 on a sweet ride like this (dealer cost is around $770 above invoice, fyi) unless it's been on the lot since last Summer or if there are hidden "issues" with it. I wonder.
Are you thinking about this, C? You can get the same deal in NY, with no shipping costs involved.

Sorry, there is an arithmetic typo.. the total MSRP as built is $ 73,475 ( I only paid $350 for the HD). As the other poster stated the $1200 is for the Logic 7 System with Digital Signal Processing.
The car is PERFECT, just needs a home.. and soon I hope...
