What type of suspension are you running? I love the look, but wondering if the front may be too aggressive with my H&R springs.

If you got H&R springs, you could probably get away with it by rolling your fenders if it rubs.

I was running OEM sport suspension and had some rubbing issues with the tire sizes I was running. I went with 245/35-20's up front and 285/30 rears, which is M5 sizing. I would have had zero rubbing issues if I had gone with Non-M sizing which is 245/30-20's up front and 285/25-20 rears. I rolled my front and rear fenders which cured the problem.

Which H&R springs are you running? Was your suspension sport or non-sport? How far did the springs drop your car?

With the smaller Non-M tire sizing and rolling your fenders, the aggressive offsets shoud be ok.

Sent you a PM.

Thanks, I'm running H&R Sport on Sport Suspension. Didn't do any pre-measuring to see the amount of drop I have, but from what I recall it seemed close to what H&R had advertised. I'm just running an 18" set up right now, so I have no issues with clearance. The plan is to find a set up for summer use, and the 18's will be dedicated winters.
Although beautifuly wheels, and a great price, Probably too risky for me.

The H&R springs only lower the OEM sport suspension by .5". The website states 1.3" front and 1.2" rear, but that is for NON-Sport suspension. OEM sport suspension is .75" lower than OEM Non-sport, so the actual drop for your car is only .5" with the H&R sport springs.

Like I said, with the stiffer springs, 245/30-20 fronts and 285/25-20 rears and rolling your fenders you will be ok. The sidewalls on the tires I am running now are .5" taller than that of what you would be running, so with H&R springs you are running you are at exactly the same setup as I was running with the larger tires. You'll need to roll your fenders, but it will fit.

Meyer, you should sell these with your 550. It would look stunning, and also make it stand apart from the other 550i's.
