PS YES, spacers will be required front and rear. MacFly's car had 10mm spacers all around for the "hella flush" look, but you can go with 5mm to match the OEM offsets also

I apologize, i don't mean to rain on the sale of your wheels, but here are the facts.
here's the offset difference between the E93 and E60 M's.
(I'm using the M's because the wheel fitment is more optimal than non-M's)
E60 M5
Front 19x8.5J ET:12
Rear 19x9.5J ET:28
E93 M3
Front 19x8.5J ET:29
Rear 19x9.5J ET:23
Note: For a stock E60 M5 the fronts could use another 10-12mm spacer to be flush w/ fender. So evn if you add a 15mm spacer after buying E93 wheels the wheel would sit about .5" in.
