I'll take them off your hands John. I want them refinished in gloss black. 
Let me know when and where you are going to get them refinished. I want to add some red to the wheels and I'll pay the difference.
You take food stamps as payment?
I'm want them gloss black with the inner area in red. Quick MS paint of what I want.
