Don't know for the LCI, it's a non-LCI E60 that I tested them on... But no error code, the load is above the minimum that's set in the computer.
The wedge bulbs work with a resistor in parallel that is soldered onto the PCB. Works perfectly with a W204 Benz, no strobing

The ones I have now, I get error every time I start the car (Pre-LCI) but it goes away quickly. Can you confirm no error what so ever, not even momentarily at startup.
