Brand New bumper. ordered directly from a BMW dealership in NJ. Its hanging at my local body shop.

I'm going to check with my body shop tomorrow morning. When I went to pick up my car he showed me the bumper but i didn't ask if it came with the components. its pre-lci, without pdc
