Would the 20's fit a 2005 545i sport with no mods?

Yes, they will fit, although I would suggest getting your rear fenders rolled to avoid rubbing - the M6 offsets are fairly aggressive for the E60. I have them on my 550 right now with no issues except some rubbing from the rear when I have stuff in the trunk or passengers.
