I have a perfect condition Escort 9500CI radar/laser detector for sale. The unit was just recieved back from escort after being checked and recertified after being removed from my vehicle. Escort retuned and calibrated the necesary components and replaced any parts they felt needed replacing. The unit has a brand new display and buttons, so once installed it will look and function as new.
For those that don't know much about the 9500CI, it is easily the best radar detector available. A quick search on google will reinforce the fact that this unit is the undisputed king for radar detection, far superior to the Valentine 1. The 9500CI also includes Escort's ZR4 Laser Shifter system for 360 degree laser detection and protection. In addition to all that, the 9500CI includes a full GPS based photo, speed and redlight camera database. The unit will provide both audio and visual alerts to nearby fixed camera devices. The GPS also functions for storing known false alerts as well as providing speed controlled sensitivity for radar detection. Gone are the days of annoying false alarms.
The unit performs as new and both the firmware and GPS database are up to date. The only reason I am letting this go is because I picked up a car with a 9500CI already installed. Asking $850 OBO.

Overall radar detection is better on K and KA band with the 9500ci than the V1. The 9500ci is equipped with 2 separate radar antenna's enclosed in the radar unit, 1 antenna is for x band the other is a dedicated K and KA band antenna. I have 2 V1's along with the CI, I run them both in tandem and the CI consistently detects K and KA sooner than the V1. I along with many other radar enthusiasts have done private testing and have repeatedly come up with the same results. I have run the V1 and CI against my 35.5 Kustom Talon KA gun, 34.7 Stalker ATR KA gun and 24.15 Kustom Roadrunner K band gun and have consistently seen better performance with the CI.
Additionally, the CI radar antenna does not leak RF so it is undetectable by any radar detector detection devices. Being that it is a remote mount unit, it is perfect for those that are trying not to attract the attention of the police
.Forgot to mention, will trade for LCI tails with Bruce cables or M-tech body work.
