Why should we take your word for it?
Because there are no Vorsteiner replica spoilers. If there were, then obviously there'd be a need to prove authenticity. But there isn't a need, yet there's still this suspicion thing going on, which is what this whole fiasco is about.
It is like someone selling a BMW M5 cluster and people like acs5 requesting for pictures of the Cluster serial code and part number labels to make sure its authentic. Frankly I think he does it only because he can.

And with regards to the invoice for the Vorsteiner spoiler, if anyone can be bothered, contact Nick Palefsky of Jlevi SW. Order #: 21013. Order Date & Time: 08/27/2009 10:46:25. Paid for via Bank wire.

If you look hard enough you can find knock-offs of anything name brand. There will always be suspicion if you come off with that kind of attitude (especially directed at respected members - i.e. mrfva). Requesting authentication should be no problem, if the part is in fact real. Even if it isn't real you could probably have gotten it sold - without the attitude and simply by changing the title to "rep Vorsteiner spoiler" and done. If it is real, no invoice is needed, it should CLEARLY have a manufacturer's mark on it somewhere and THAT is what acs5 was asking for. Good luck with the sale...........somewhere else.

Damn man, You dont have to take this forum so seriously.

If people are giving you a hard time, ignore them. If you really want to sell it, just sell it and be done with.

And this is a good price, but by acting like that, its going to take sometime to sell it.

Just relax man.

Short-fuse temper I guess. Anyways, what a soap opera. Sorry for the trouble caused guys. I'll do proper photos when I decide to sell it again.

Why? You validated this guy in the other thread. Are you taking back what you said?

he is a good guy but if anyone feels anything iffy, then wait for the pix of the sticker. I have done few transactions with Ling without problems.

Wow.. talk about going from hot to cold.

To the OP, hopefully you don't take things too personal but this IS the internet you know, so even though you know your item is legitimate, everyone else doesn't, which is why taking proper pictures from the get go would have prevented all this extra nonsense and frustration on your part.

I think taking pictures and proving everyone's suspicions wrong would have been a much more effective approach than writing your essay of a post.

At this point.. just post installed pictures. You'll get more positive feedback than you ever did for both of your FS threads.

Damn, you really need to take a chill pill man! As someone mentioned about another seller, I've been burned before along with many others by Quad M. And he already had a great reputation of selling quality products with many satisfied customers. Luckily I was one of the few that got reimbursed by my credit card company.

If you are trying to sell things, you really shouldn't take it so personal. I don't think asking for a picture authenticating the spoiler was out of line. You bothered to show other pics, how much effort would it have taken to snap one more? By posting that extra picture, I guarantee you would have sold the spoiler a lot faster even if I didn't end buying it.

Good luck should you decide to sell it again.
