So mine took a shit and I want to sell the broken one to recoup some costs. Why? Mine isn't the one with the plastic gear. My piston actually stripped and slightly wore down the large gear. All the smaller gears are good to go. The mechanic I took my car to said normally the small gears are the ones to strip and he has rebuild kits for these and replaces those gears.

My hope is someone on here has this problem with the smaller gears(I'm sorry) and is a DIY kinda person. This damn thing is $1000 brand new. $350 on ebay new. I'm happy with like $200? Throw me some offers. The whole job cost me $1300. A rebuild costs $800. This was from the indy.
