I am selling the car because the seat is killing my back and I my office just relocated which in turn added 30 more minutes on my commute. So basically I force to give up performance for no more back pain.

Oh I just looked more closely, no comfort seats. I hear ya I had a loaner with standard, non comfort seats and they were awful. Not sure if they offered them in 04 but would never by a car without them providing it was an option. It is a shame they do not offer them on a 3 series-a REAL shamei. Good luck though, looks like one well taken care of car.

I been having a lot of back pain lately...I don't have comfort package as well. Is it your mid back that hurts?

Does this car have heated seats / steering wheel etc?

Same here.. I think MBZ has more comfortable seat than BMW, that's why i traded-in my wife's 04 E46 to a Kompressor... And she said its way better... :thumbsdown:
