I have an original JL Audio StealthBox that has been sitting in my basement for a while (I sold my E60 5 years ago). It's in really nice shape, except one of the threaded inserts for the subwoofer screws is missing. If you are handy, this is an easy fix (It just needs a rivet nut of the right size). I have most of the hardware, but due to the way the stealthbox is mounted, you will have to buy one additional piece. This thing is discontinued and very rare - sold for $1,100 retail originally. Due to shipping weight, I'm selling this WITHOUT the subwoofer. $200 shipped OBO to the lower 48. If you are local to the SF Bay Area and want to come pick it up, I also have the matching 12W6v2 in great condition to go with it.
