Do you retrofit the xenon projectors into halogen housing? Or the client send you a xenon set, and you convert it to work with halogen based power connectors?
I prefer if the client sends me a set of headlights complete. I will rewire a OEM set of Xenon lights internally to work with the halogen wiring harness.

How much do you think it would cost to send a set back to UK?

It depends. Lights can be had for $200 - $1500. It depends on how long you are willing to wait, how hard you search, and what condition of light you are willing to settle on. I have bought three sets of lights and I have not paid more than $500 for them. The first and the last set I purchased were no more than $500 complete (Xenon headlights, bulbs, ballast, and ignitors). The last set, however, were less than average. I am frequently on the look out for deals. Ballast and Igniters can be had for $250-$350, and I usually pay no more than $30 for the bulbs. So in summary, I think an average cost is $850-$1050 including my labor and shipping.

My charge is $200 and that covers the labor and all the parts to complete the job. You pay for shipping both ways.

Does your wiring solution allow for the xenon's shutter to function (for the high beams) as a true Bi-Xenon?
