Hey Bro. What good would the Downpipes be if you didn't have a custom exhaust already? Would they still be worthy of an install? Would they make power utilizing the custom Cobb tune for DP and DCI? Interested to know your opinion.

Dp are worthy of install boost come on a bit quicker, they flow better even at stock boost levels... $1022 is retail shipped @ mod bargains... Thing is there not always in stock..

Sir, your price for a used set of DPs is just not sensible (no offense really). I would be interested in them myself, but why just not buy new and if there is a problem, return them for a full refund? In buying yours, you'r SOL if a mechanic cant put them in.

Like TLO03 said they increase exhaust flow drastically, and gets rid of a lot of turbo lag, as the turbos spool that much faster, knowing your car is turbocharged becomes very obvious when your on the gas. also helps the engine last longer because the engine doesnt have to work as hard to get rid ofthe exhaust gasses. they would make even more power utilizing the Cobb tune. for the N54 car, all you relly need is a tune, downpipes, and decent dci. The Tune will take in to account all the modifications done to the vehicle and based off of that will create big power gains. a custom exhaust usually only comes from the downpipes down, leaving the 2 primary cats on, where the most restriction of power is. unless your custom exhaust is from the turbos back, and you have custom downpipes made.
