They have red light and speed camera locations on an OEM disk?

 

I believe so - I'll have to check the POIs on mine.

That said, since the Navteq Jan '09 map took months to produce and new cameras are added daily I would not rely on the POIs as sure-fire protection from detection. A real-time NAV system, that doesn't rely solely on information captive on a DVD but with data pushed to it live, would be more "accurate".

Besides, no one on this forum drives in excess of the posted speed limits

yes i bought mine from a e90 member it does have the camaras and speed things not all them though maybe because i mostly drive in pa and the bronx but it has most of them

does it work for a 2006 e53?

 

Unfortunately it will not work on a '06 e53 X5 according to Navteq data. You will need the BMW - North America Map DVD - High Version 2009.1 , Navteq Catalog # U0001-0070-808. See link below
