Hi,
I have just done a quote for delivery to Jacksonville and the post office said it would be $20 shipping to the states.

Item was received, but is damaged. The Seller packaged the iDrive controller in a couple of layers of bubble wrap and then a baggy wrapped with packing tape to travel from Fareham UK to Columbus Ohio in the USA. The item WAS NOT inside of a box of any kind. No doubt the item was damaged in transit, but at the fault of the Seller's inadequate packaging. There was no visible damage to the package, so the shipping company will not take responsibility.

The seller refuses to issue a refund.

PayPal was used to pay, but I paid VIA gift to save the Seller the fees. (shame on me) No dispute can be filed.

I will be starting a separate thread to warn other potential buyers.

I will include pictures of the packaging used.

Regards,
Tim

Well, it's been 2 weeks and still no reply from the seller. I tried sending a few PM's with no reply. There is nothing more I can do. I guess I am out $90.

AS I SAID, AVOID THIS MEMBER.

Be glad you didn't buy it. Complete waste of $90 for me....... Who ships a piece of electronics in a bubble wrap bag across the ocean? Seriously?
