was browsing and saw these on ebay. they look like a pretty good deal - someone with an Xi should check these out. OEM too.

Check the center bore size first. Make sure that's the same for the E60. For example, the X5 and X6 have different sizes, so you can't interchange wheels, as you might think. The offsets and width should work though. Here are the exact specs:

i think BMW not put those X3 wheels on E60 parts list for a reason
