C - Sure I can bore out your block, but why just 642HP - why not 1000? It may take me a while since I don't have a machine shop, but I have a Dremel
So if you've got about 6 months to wait - no problem.

Window trim and grilles painted (color your choice) $100 incl materials
Brakes done and calipers painted $125.
