I have an 08 535xi.
Before I pull the trigger and say that I will absolutely buy these. I would need to know exactly what I would need to do. Roll my fenders, get spacers, or am I good to go?
Also, I have four Michellin PS2 265/30/20 tires that are new. Would these tires fit these rims?

FRONTS: The wheels would go mount right on with no problems. However the fronts would be un-aggressive due to the high offset of the front wheels . So I would definitely add 10-15 mm spacers to make them stick out closer to the fender and give you a better stance.
REARS: The rears are just right with nothing else needed and ready to mount.

I believe they will fit no problem. I've also asked my wheel guy just to make sure and he said the same.
265/30 20 will fit but will be stretched on the rears.
Let me know...

I'll make the call today to where I have the tires.
I really don't know much about tires and how much of a stretch it would be to get the tires to fit. Would it be very much or should I just get a different set of rear tires? I could just get the appropriate tires for these rims...what tire sizes would you recommend 275 for the rear and what for the front?

265 on a 10 is stretched but not that bad. 275 is just right.
I have 285 on a 10.5 with a bit of a stretch since a 295 would be the perfect fit.
Here is a picture of how the 265 would look like on the 10" wheel.

On a 535xi I did a 30 offset lowered and its AGGRESSIVE. 35 off in the front your good with a 5mm.
10mm you will be flush. If your lowered with a 25 offset you need to roll fenders in the front. My issue with this since i Have a 535xi is the rear width 20x10.
Not alot of room. And the tires might have to be adjusted on XI
