Hi folks. My dad passed away last year and as administrator of his estate I'm trying the best way to dispose of his car. It is a 1990 535i, white with gray interior. The mechanics of the care are in great shape. New tires, new brakes, last year had a full ($3,250 :thumbdwn: )service where they flushed all the lines, replaced all the filters, etc. I'm tempted to give it to charity but I'm worried that I won't get full value for the deduction. What is a car like that worth, really? The general condition of the car is good, with some of the felt liner loose in the interior, all the leather and carpet is in good shape. The exterior has a couple of minor dings, a few noticable scratches. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Still drives like a dream. I'm in Southern California.
