Parting out the following from a 2004 545:
(ON HOLD) Oem M5 mirrors, (eurospec), bought in 2005, installed in 2006. All works except fold-in function...can work if re-wired. Jet Black, no dents/scratches. (Eurospec because M5 mirrors were not available in U.S. until 2006 and I couldn't wait.) Just plug in from where existing mirrors are unplugged. Door panel removal is easy enough...if I can do it...anybody can! Just do a search for door panel removal instructions.
I also have brand new, never-installed, driver's side switch plate for the fold-in function...which I never had retro-fitted. It should fit 2004, 2005 just as long as there was still a door handle in the interior driver's side. You will need this only if you decide to re-wire the mirror fold-in function.
SOLD!!! Oem M5 166's very clean throughout - outside AND inside of rims were cleaned once or twice a week! Very slight rash from flying road debris...not deep like curb rash. Two wheels refinished by dealer...'cause they messed them up during a service visit. Check my sig for tire sizes. Fronts are fairly new, rears will have to be replaced soon.
SOLD M5 trunk finisher, Jet Black, brand new, never installed but it will need re-painting as it was received brand new with imperfections with the paint job. It can be repainted jet black or any other color you require.
BMW water resistant (not proof) car cover, with BMW logo, clear plastic for visual of rear license plate, comes with bag and cable/lock. Rarely used. A little dirt where tires touch the cover.
SOLD!!! BMW windshield folding sunscreen
SOLD!!! Rubber trunk mat with bmw logo and with a lip all around to keep liquids/mud/dirt from getting on the trunk carpet - used 3 times.
SOLD!!! Trunk net...keeps packages flat to trunk floor and keeps things from sliding around.
SOLD!!! Coco mats black with gray dots. Great for everyday use (as I used them), or alternative for winter use if you don't like the look of rubber mats. Hides dirt so much better than the solid black carpet mats! Driver's side has slight heel marks on the rubber pad inset.
I would prefer local pick up L.A./Pasadena/Glendale or ???, but I don't mind shipping out. Sorry, I haven't had time to photograph anything yet. PM me for pricing.
Thanks All!

interested in the m5 mirrors. So with your device, I can get the mirrors to fold, I though it was impossible on US cars? Let me know, I am very interested. Also, let me know for the trunk finisher also. thanks.
EDIT: will the mirrors work for 2007 530i in US? thanks.

Is it possible to install pre-Sept 05 mirrors on an 07 E60? I know the wiring is different, but can it just be rewired? Cuz if they can, I'll take them!

I got the switch and bought some M5 Euro Door modules. It didn't work.
The only possible way to do it is, ask someone with an M5 to take your door modules, and put it into their car. Go to the dealer, re-program them to the M5 door module. (tell the M5 guy to say that the mirrors aren't folding anymore) Then once that guy comes back from the dealer, take out your modules, install it into your car. Theoretically they should work, but I never knew anyone with an M5 that would be that nice to go through all that with me. =(
Good luck!
