The lugs are black. I don't remember the brand of the spacers. Made in the USA.

I originally purchased these here in the classified forums and therefore don't remember if the brand was specified. If anyone knows of USA fabricators for these I will do research and try to determine the brand. No part number stamped on the spacers, just "12MM MADE IN USA".
