I wonder if you can get bmw version of OSTs from the original commercials?

notice how bmw version of 'Les Jours Tristes by Yann Tiersen' in this LCI TV ad sound so much better. well it does in my opinion.
neways I want this bmw remix yet its nowhere to be found

Did some research and here's what i cam up with:

The commercial is done by "Digital domain" (the same guys who made the 2 new Lincoln MKS commercials).

I have no idea who composed the music in the commercial, nor where to find a full version if it exists.
