A group calling itself the "Level Field Institute" beating the drum for US auto parts suppliers and "domestic" manufacturers compared American content by brand. Some interesting numbers. Be sure to read the even more interesting comments.

Follow this link for specific models, although it is 2004 data. E60 is supposedly 5% US content. I'm not sure what an "X4" is

I'm amazed that there is even 5% of the E60 that is U.S. based.

Interesting to see that the Toyota Camry (70%) is just as "American" as the Chrysler 300 (71%).
