Any comments? Good investment or not? Looks like the public offer will be through Canacord Capital in Vancouver B.C. Canada. In the 30-40 cent/share range. Should have the prospectus in a couple of weeks.

We had a "Night with Steve Dinan Event" a couple of months ago at the Local dealer. I did not realize that the event was to look for investors. I just got the call from Canaccord Capital today looking for support and an estimate of investment dollars.
