It's good news but I find it odd that there is no details as to the scoring methodology, etc. Also, it seems that "The Car Connection" website is the only thing on the net with information about this "Total Quality Survey."
Is this a true representation of people's opinions or some sort of low-end survey that doesn't carry much weight in the industry?

I've been hit with three car surveys in just the last week. The only one I recognized is the J.D. Power one. They are all pretty much the same. More questions on buying experience and shopping methods than with the car quality issues, although they are there.
BMW will come out very high in my responses because everything related to my exerience was excellent except the damn wait. From order to delivery was 90 days. Without this forum I would have been desolate. As it was, I was only miserable
